We are dedicated to translating cutting-edge research into training, guidance and professional standards. Our services, based on academic knowledge into emotions and complex social problems, translate big ideas into actionable insights.
Respect for All
We host a ‘Respect for All Workshop’ that uses co-creation processes to map out and explore in a supportive environment the different ‘frameworks’
tenants and landlords have about:
- Their understanding of each other, and themselves.
- How these understandings inform the relationships between tenants and landlords and the work of practitioners.
- Identify a new, shared understanding that can form the basis of ongoing cultural change and a more trusting and honest relationship between tenants and landlords.

Building Safety
We actively participate in advisory boards and steering committees. Our role is to ensure that research is done ‘with’ tenants, not ‘to’ tenants and we ensure findings reach tenant and practitioner audiences through our #WednesdayWebinars.
Emotions & Complexity

Bespoke Services
We offer a range of bespoke services to fit the needs of your organisation. Services include:
