WHAT WE DO

Research & Learning

NB: Is there a Research “Projects“??

As part of our drive for the regulated housing sector to be more evidence-led in practice and policy, is our work with Partners, Enablers, Facilitators, as well as our #WednesdayWebinars and Newsletters.

Research Partner

We actively apply for funding, facilitate the research, and contribute to research outputs. We seek to partner on independent research that centres tenants’ experiences and can contribute directly to evidence-led practice in regulated housing work.

Research Enabler

We actively participate in advisory boards and steering committees. Our role is to ensure that research is done ‘with’ tenants, not ‘to’ tenants and we ensure findings reach tenant and practitioner audiences through our #WednesdayWebinars.

Research Facilitator

We take a lighter touch role, promoting research that we think benefits tenants and meets our organisation’s values. We sometimes help recruit for research projects and actively seek to host findings in our series of #WednesdayWebinars.

Newsletters

We keep up-to-date with the rapidly changing world of housing policy and practice, and provide a free newsletter digest approximately 8 times a year. You can find the archive here:

Wednesday Webinars

We believe that innovative ideas and evidence should be accessible to all invested in regulated housing being better for tenants. This is why we have forged relationships with universities, independent research agencies and organisations that align with our values. Here you will find our #WednesdayWebinars.
